At Luxe Mattress Ltd., we want every customer to enjoy the best possible sleep experience. To ensure clarity and peace of mind, we have outlined our return and refund policies in detail below. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

100-Night Mattress Exchange Trial

We offer a 100-night trial period for mattress exchanges, giving you the confidence to try our mattresses risk-free. During this time, if you feel your chosen mattress is not the right fit, you are eligible to exchange it for another model, size, or firmness within the Luxe Mattress collection.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The mattress must not be dirty, stained, or physically damaged.

• It must be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.

• The 100-night trial applies exclusively to mattresses. Other items, such as ottomans or bed frames, are not eligible.

14-Day Return or Refund Policy for Mattresses

We provide a 14-day return and refund policy if you are not fully satisfied with your mattress purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Refund:

• The mattress can be used during the 14-day period. However, it must not be dirty, stained, or physically damaged.

• We recommend keeping the original packaging during this period, so the mattress can be placed back inside if a return is required. This helps protect the mattress during collection.

• Customers must notify Luxe Mattress Ltd. within 14 days of delivery if they wish to return their mattress.

Defective Mattress Policy

If a mattress is found to be defective, customers are entitled to repair or replacement. Please contact us immediately if you believe your product is faulty, and we will arrange inspection and replacement as necessary.

Note: Defective mattresses are not eligible for refunds but will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Refund Process

If you choose to return your mattress for a full refund within the 5-7 days period:

1. Refund Request – Contact Luxe Mattress Ltd. within 5-7 days of receiving your mattress.

2. Collection – Our logistics team will arrange free collection of the mattress from your home.

3. Inspection – Once collected, the mattress will be inspected to confirm it is free from dirt, stains, and physical damage.

4. Refund Initiation – Once approved, the refund process will begin within 3 business days.

5. Refund Payment – The full amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 7 business days.

Important: We do not deduct delivery or collection charges for returns or exchanges.

Exclusions

• Custom-made or personalised mattresses are non-returnable.

• Mattresses that are dirty, stained, or physically damaged cannot be returned.
