100-Night Trial

We make our mattresses ourselves and hand check every one before it leaves us. Even so, comfort is personal, and a mattress that suits one person will not suit everyone. That is why you get 100 nights to be sure.

Start by giving it 30 nights. A new mattress takes about a month to get used to, and your body needs that time to settle in properly.

Still not right after that? You have until night 60 to ask for a refund, and until night 100 to swap it for a different mattress.

Your first exchange is free. A second exchange is £49 for delivery, and that one is final.

10 Year Warranty

This mattress is covered by our own 10 year warranty. We make our mattresses ourselves, so you deal with us directly and there is no third party in the middle.

It covers manufacturing faults, sagging beyond normal wear, edge collapse, and spring or structural failure. Normal wear and tear, stains and liquid damage are not covered.

Every mattress is built and hand checked in house before it ships, so faults are rare. If one does come up, submit a claim on our claims portal with photos and your order details and we will sort it out. You can also call us on 020 4572 5122.
